calendar and planners

the calendar is your best friend... calendars will help you keep track of important deadlines, due dates and events.

Calendars allow you to send out quick communications, set reminders, alert groups regarding events and anything you can think of that needs to be prompted. Each user group has their own specific colour coded calendar, so detailed relevant info can be included.

permission based access

As the coordinator you are in control of all the information on your dedicated portal. There are three user categories, coordinator (2) exchange student and host families.

Users only see information they have been given access to. Permission can be view only, download, publish and/or print to where you grant access. You can give access by group or individual. Many of the permissions are preset for you.

It is possible to emulate users to make sure permissions are set to your needs.
